Involuntary Sex Reassignment Surgery is Sex (Re)assignment Surgery done to intersex infants without their consent and often questionable consent on the part of the parents. Most of these surgeries are conducted under John Money's optimum gender of rearing system which says gender is all nurture and all had to do was settle what gender someone was early on. Patients were also often lied to based on this theory.
